Property Management
Hi all, I am new to this so please be gentle with me! I have bought a new property in Valeranios which completes soon and I have been following your website for the last few months. Can I just say it has been very interesting and informative and I am looking forward to being more involved in the future. Our long term plans are to spend a lot more time out in Kefalonia but unfortunately that isn't going to happen just yet, so I am looking for some advice from yourselves in finding someone in the area to 'manage' the property for us in terms of cleaning and keyholding etc. I've got a group of friends who have also bought on the same site and I know they would be interested too. :)

I suspect this is near Scala and Katelios?????? I hate to confess this but I am not sure, heard of it but never been there. However there are loadsa peeps looking for a euro or two round there if it is near Katelios/Scala. Can you tell me exactly where your place is, also how many properties are involved? PM me if you like. I do know of a Brit mgt co. but not sure they would want the drive time to get there for only one property. Jed may know of someone more local. TDC 8)

Think I may be able to help you out! I live in Valerianos and would be interested in taking on another property for maintainence. I guess you are will be purchasing one of the apartments at the top of the village on either the BDG or Churchgate sites? Out of interest can you confirm how many apartments they are building? Been told its 20 on the BDG and another 28 next door on the Churchgate site. Not really sure how this amount of building fits in here-surely they will never sell all of them? Please PM me if you would like further info.

The site in question is the one being built by BDG. Churchgate are the UK selling Agents and they have all been sold. Thanks for the quick response and I will be pursuing the options put forward.
