Price war???? what price war???
The press at the moment is full of a price war by TUI. NEWS FLASH! It takes more than one side to facilitate a war and the others were totally unaware of TUI's actions or their press release until after the event! So where is the war guys????? What a load of bollocks! Wake up folks this is not a price war this is "SPIN" An overactive Press department has invented this story in a bid to get more free advertising coverage in the national press than they could ever dream of paying for. Heralded in the Daily Express as help for the poor cash strapped British family to have a holiday in Greece or Turkey. Oh yes! They do not include flights and on offer are studios and one bed apartments. Which incidentally cost the tour operator approx 10 euros a night or less. So lets play sardines and see how many families can fit into a studio or one bed apartment? Pure spin. They offer nothing! What I want to know is will the accommodation still be offered by TUI if Easy Jet are the flight provider? and besides have you seen what Easy Jet fares are to Athens less than 3 months in advance? So would be v. interested to know what the TUI flights will cost! TDC 8)
